such an unexpected find while at zhongshan mall with my bf - got an earl grey ice cream with sea salt brownie, the earl grey ice cream flavour was very floral and went well with the chocolatey fudge of the brownie. great dessert to have after dinner :) enjoyed every bite!
we got d speculoos and vanilla ice creams which were REALLY GOOD! could taste the real vanilla bean flavour rather than just plain ole vanilla flavouring and the waffle was really delicious, super fluffy and paired rly well w d ice cream 🤤 supz satisfying and creamy issa 8/10!
tried this new flavour - intensely creamy honey mango sorbet. perfect for a sunny Sunday afternoon! feels like eating a whole juicy mango in a cup 😋 supposedly a small batch so get it while you can...
My husband and I have been fans of Dancing Elephant (DE) from the time they were a small home business. Their ice cream is so good that my husband now refuses to eat Haagen Dazs and Udders because DE is so much better. The speculoos and salt is really amazing- the contrast between sweet and salty is just right, and always hits the spot. So happy that they now sell cookies (for those who are atas- sables buton) that go really well with the dark chocolate and vanilla ice cream. The vanilla ice cream has real vanilla beans in it (and not just flavouring). All their ice cream doesn't have stabilisers, artificial flavouring and preservatives in it. Their shop is right beside ZhongShan Mall and they also do home delivery
Found these incredibly buttery handmade french sable cookies in a little ice cream shop tucked away in Balestier. Quite the unexpected find in a really quiet mall. ($3.60 for a pack of 4 good-sized cookies or $1 for 1pc).
