I forgot my dinner (yet again). Craving for this super unhealthy, yet super delicious deep fried Salangidae (ice fish or noodle fish, I can never identify which is which) with garlic, salt and pepper.. Gosh... With a gulp of beer.. Slurps #burpple #inmydreams

Stir Fry Beef Kway Tiao! Beef is so tender and soft. Kway Tiao has been stir fry at very high heat in a wok and well seasoned. Which totally make this dish stand out among the rest!

It had been a while since I had such good chicken in a restaurant.

One bowl of beef brisket noodle for S$7++ The brisket was soft and tender and springy noodle. No complain.
