[CLOSED] Crystal Jade My Bread (The Clementi Mall)

Really disliked how these buns cost $1.60-$1.80 and yet there's a huge pocket of air (just imagine a huge gap between the filling and the top of the bun) as you bite into it. Would definitely prefer if they made their buns more compact with the fillings filled to the brim for that price.

Nonetheless, the flavours and textures were good. The tuna (top) had a flaky pastry laced over the bread and the polo BBQ bun (bottom left) had a cookie top, thereby giving these buns a contrasting texture of crisp exterior and fluffy interior. The red bean omochi (bottom right) had a very thin layer of sweet, chewy mochi below another very thin layer of red bean paste.
