From the abovementioned stall at Poolside Canteen, Ngee Ann Polytechnic. Waffle was not the best, being buttery and airy but certainly an affordable tea-time snack for students given that it costs only $2.50 for three scoops of Walls ice-cream to come along with it. Definitely a cheap treat after some intense mugging!
