We had lunch just around my new neighbourhood, in an Indian restaurant (Lord only knows how much I love me some south Asian spices) rubbed by a couple from Delhi. Their restaurant was cozy 6-tables and a kitchen space is more as the owner "Alan" describes it, "an Indian Museum more than a restaurant". Quickly we felt at home, loving the vibe of the place and the flavours on the table. Our only wish was that he and his wife would give us the real Indian spice level the next time visit.
