This is the Rice with Stewed Pork Kagi, Egg & Entrails (THB 80, S$3.50) from CentralWorld foodcourt that my sis highly recommended! ๐๐ป Indeed 1 of the better ones we've had in Bangkok! ๐๐๐

The pig trotters & intestines were well-braised in the mega huge pot of flavourful gravy cooked with lots of ingredients, seasoning & herbs, which resulted in a sufficiently rich robust flavour without being overly salty ๐ Lots of collagen from the trotters - hope that contributes to my non-existent beauty regime! ๐
