Quinoa overload !
I am loving this quinoa salad from Cedele.
A mixture of toufu , shimeiji mushrooms , chickpeas , French beans and chopped capsicums in a tangy vinaigrette .

After a week in starving mode (skipping lunch & ignoring my hunger pangs), itâs time to unwind, relax and enjoy time with people (& food!) I đ. Kickstarting my Sunday on a full and satisfied stomach (no more stomach rumblings ~ at least for today) with Cedeleâs hearty and wholesome All-Day set @ $13.80 that includes bacon, ham, sautĂŠed mushrooms, scrambled eggs and toast with a cup of coffee + some quality time with my loved ones.

I do love a good lemon tart and this looked so cute. Meringue had a lovely crumbly outer layer that easily caved to reveal a creamy inner layer. But it was too sweet. Lemon curd was sweet and sour. I would prefer it to be more on the sour side to neutralize the sweet meringue. I loved the tart shell. Tasted like shortbread crust. Really really good. If only they could tone down the sugar in the meringue, this pie would be awesome.
The label read, âDecadently chocolatey and incredibly moist, this dark choc cake is made with pure olive oil and organic unrefined sugar, frosted with a velvety cream cheese chocolate fudge.â I saw âmoistâ, âorganicâ and âcream cheeseâ so I ditched my fav carrot cake to opt for this in the cake set. But it wasnât moist. Quite chocolatey thou. Couldnât really taste the cream cheese but the fudge was thick and gooey. A bit on the sweet side. I miss my carrot cake. đ
Aromatic and strong black coffee. Not acidic at all. I liked it. Very good to have with their cakes which were on the sweet side.
