The #matchalavacake was really tiny but delicious with a dark chocolate exterior filled with bitter rich matcha - a matchamade in heaven 😂. This was nicely balanced with the thick pour over matcha sauce, smooth matcha ice cream and crunchy chocolate bits. While one of us found it a bit too bitter, I personally enjoyed the strong matcha flavours and bitter > sweetness. The #matchaswissroll was light and fluffy with nice matcha aroma
