House pastrami, saurkraut, Dijon and wild rocket on light rye.
No doubt the filling was generous, almost as though to make up for the lack of harmony between the components. Dijon came across mildly harsh on the palette here. This was disappointing. Lackluster
Slow cooked kurobuta pork belly tenderized in masterstock, crispy slaw on a pretzel roll.
Slightly thrown off by how salty the meat was. And the pretzel roll was cold, rather stale, flat dense. Just unimpressive.
Breakfast game on point right here. Got the Breakfast Roll which was fantastic because just look at the scrambled eggs and cheese on the soft milk bun ☺️ added in mushrooms, expecting it to be small sautéed mushroom on the side but it came in 2 huge portobellos mushrooms ☺️ day is made

I was doubtful but now I’m sold! Brewtown Cronuts never go wrong!! Even ones with strawberry cream 🍓
brewtown newtown had only the cream or strawberry cronut when I visited after lunch so I went for the strawberry.
Love the layers and crisp in the cronut. And yay the strawberry cream wasn’t too sweet, added a nice touch of tartness to the cronut! Can’t wait to see my favorite salted caramel or Nutella ones.. #latergram #sydney #drklingeats #newtownbrewtown #cronut
