β¨: I particularly enjoyed the bread used to make the sandwiches, which was lightly toasted and warm. My favourite of the lot was definitely the truffle mushroom, though I wouldnβt call it by itβs name. Rather than tasting of truffle, it tasted more of the sweet white onion combined with the shitake mushrooms. The use of shitake over button mushrooms took me by surprise as well. Disregarding the name, I really enjoyed the sandwich. β£

For its close proximity to my home, Iβll definitely be seen around here. β£
Overall, the food was tasty, especially the sausages ππ.
I'm not a big fan of Eggs Benedict, but the egg yolk really paired with the fried chicken underneath it.
This oldtime haunt hits the mark for no-frills fare, good house-roasted coffee and a swanky two-storey space. It opens early too, at 9am so bookmark this spot for early morning fuel-ups or weekends with the family. Favourites include the Mushroom Omelette (RM12), Chilli Crab Sandwich (RM12) and the Hot Bunny Crab Pasta (RM25) βΒ all are simple but sufficiently tasty. There are two blends on offer for both black and white coffee, but the Driver featuring Indian and Guatemalan beans take the top spot for its bolder notes, which older folks in the area love. It's especially excellent had with milk, like in the super smooth and toasty Latte (RM8).

Before you get all excited about a crab sandwich at just RM12, know that the crab refers to filament crab sticks. That said, the creamy chilli sauce is really punchy and goes nicely sopped up with bread. Makes for a good mid-day snack to share, or even a light lunch!
Made with house blend (Driver) featuring Indian and Guatemalan beans, this was an excellent white. Creamy, subtle and smooth. So good I downed it and had to order another cup.
The black made with the same blend is also pretty tasty, although not as impressive as the white. Flavours are definitely on the bolder side - the team explains that it caters to their older/family crowd who likes their coffee strong.
