BCBN X Dungeons & Dragons Comic Con Menu

Dish Name: Fire Ball
Fried to crisp perfection and inside so tender juicy. Addictive.

Dish Name: Air Bubble
The sotong ball is firm and springy with a nice squid taste.

Dish Name: Dragon’s Breath
Fan of the numbing Sichuan flavour must try this that has a distinctive mouth-numbing spiciness. Top with generous pile of tender beef slices

Dish Name: Slice & Dice
The standout here is definitely the thick gooey gravy which has a right consistency and a rich herbaceous, beefy flavour.
The gravy coats each strand of the smooth silky thick behoon well. The sliced beef is so tender. The resulting combination is slurp-worthy and I polish off the bowl in no time flat.

Blanco Court Beef Noodles is a little pricey but the generous amount of ingredients and the beefy broth makes it worth every penny.

I’m huge fan of blanco court beef noodles but the QC for the soup was really not there, compared to the ones I’ve tried in Wisma and Aperia. Not sure if it’s to do with the fact that this is the first time I bought beef noodles before noon, hence the soup may not be as flavourful? It was still an okay bowl but I wouldn’t pay $8 for it

All these rainy days and cold weather has me constantly craving for a bowl of comforting beef noodles. The dry version of Blanco Court’s Hainanese beef noodles has a thick-gooey brown gravy with generous slices of tender (& not overcooked) beef, salted vegetables and coriander. The highlight of the meal is the cincalok [a.k.a. fermented shrimps] sauce (my favourite!) which adds a salty and savoury flavour to the beef and noodles!
