Bistro Eminami (Kandahar Street)

Discover Bistro Eminami, a hidden gem in Kampong Glam offering halal modern Vietnamese cuisine. With a menu full of tempting choices, I decided on the Bún Bò Huế—a spicy beef soup noodle with a broth that’s rich, savory, and complex. It’s packed with round rice vermicelli, beef cuts, tendons, and brisket, and a squeeze of lime brings out an incredible balance of flavors.

We also tried the Bánh Mì Gà Nướng, a generous 9-inch grilled chicken baguette with lemongrass chicken, French pâté, and onion oil butter. Other must-try options include the stir-fried beef baguette and beef patty baguette.
