Morning essentials: Perfectly done scrambled eggs, toast and MEAT!! This dish by Bandits Coffee Bar has certainly brighten up my morning. Scrambled eggs were just the way I like it, moist fluffy and a GENEROUS amount!! Side salad, which consists of peas, cherry tomatoes and mushroom, was a nice switch up from your conventional lettuce, corals and dressing. However, my toast wasn't "toasty" enough and my chicken ham was a tad too salty!! Nevertheless, it was a well done dish :)
A good cuppa! Just what you need in a cafe for an early morning.. 😄 Delighted by the Enthiopian Yirgacheffe's balance with milk and chocolate in this one. 👍🏻

One fine day, a friend asked me, "What do you want to eat for breakfast?" We could afford to drive out and not come back to fight for parking, so we skipped our usual breakfast routine which is eating at our uni's mamak. We had breakfast in Pelita the day before, so I suggested some fancy breakfast place. At least, that's what I thought it was.
When we reached Bandits Coffee Bar, we were still early. We sat down for about 5 minutes before being able to order. B had some coffee, S had some coffee and avocado with beans stuff (I totally forgot to ask because my mind was clearly somewhere else), and I had this. My plate of breakfast had scrambled eggs, chicken ham, butter, toast, mushroom and beans -- all for RM18, excluding tax. When I saw beans, I seriously thought they meant baked beans. To my disappointment, it was those icky yucky green peas that I've always hated 😩
All in all, breakfast was filling but not quite satisfying. Initially I wanted to have pancakes, but apparently I got confused with another shop around the area. I thought 9AM was too early for desserts so I didn't get any, so now I regret. I would probably come back to try the desserts as they looked quite cool.
The Bandits have conquered Bukit Damansara in the form of a cafe with tables and counters made of marble. If you've visited Podgy & the Banker, you may see several familiar faces over here. Famished foodies should attempt to consume "Jabba the Hut" (RM25) — a ginormous breakfast of hashbrowns, eggs, toast, pancakes and bacon on the same plate! Light eaters would appreciate the poached eggs and bacon on toast (RM14), and you can even request for either broccoli or mushrooms for sides (they're open to requests!).
