This particular dessert was recommended by the waitress and i sure am glad taking her advice.. If u thing a soufflé is just another dessert, try to make one !! It takes years of skillful training to get the right consistency like this one i had.. Crispy outside, marshmallowy inside, not overly sweet and the affogatto was awesome..
