Bake and bake is a home grown brand specialising in biscottis .

Their biscottis are made without butter, pork or lard .

I have made biscottis at home and to achieve these thin crisp texture is no easy feat .

My favourite flavours are the wolfberries , almond , tri -nuts and this new flavour - chocolate rye oat . It has a deep chocolate flavour without being too sweet and has this grainy , oaty texture which I love.

It contains brewer’s yeast hence a great snack for lactating mummies who need to produce more breast milk.

However , it’s pretty expensive at 8 dollars for a mere 80grams. So it’s a once in a while indulgence.

Happy to support local start ups though 😊

My favs here are Pistachio Chocolate Chip and Almond Biscotti.
Honest, I’m not a nuts person. Like legit my friends and family know I don’t eat most nuts. Like I eat Ferraro Roche and spit out the nut in the middle...yeh you get it 😛
But after the nuts are baked and sliced up, it’s super crispy, and doesn’t choke you up like a normal nut does!
Very healthy snack to nom on when you get hungry between meals. (I know it looks plain but wait til you put one in your mouth)

This bakery sells mainly biscotti but they also distribute this interesting cold brew, available in white or black. It has a super nutty flavour and fragrance. Abit too milky. But still tasty. They also have blue tea and basil and mint tea but they taste a bit weird.

Yes that's right. @bakeandbake_singapore has that many flavours for their Biscotti - which is an Italian biscuit that was twice-baked in the oven.
These Biscotti are hard but brittle which is good as its relatively easy to consume.

Honestly, we could only identify less than half of the flavors with our tastebuds. These are the ones that stands out the most. Here is our list:

1) Almond
2) Pistachio
3) Trio Nuts
4) Pistachio Chocolate
5) Double Chocolate

Our most favourite? Almond - classic and simple. 💰PRICE: SGD$20-$25 Depending on flavor.

I love that their Biscotti. They are very generous with the nuts. The Biscotti is very crispy.
The thickness is like perfect for us. Not too thick and not too thin. Just right haha.

My top favourite choice from @bakeandbake_singapore is their SIGNATURE ALMOND.
A surprise favourite is actually the MANGO COCONUT. Haha My Mr Black. They actually add charcoal POWDER. So ADDICTIVE !
