Cheese Tart [$3.50]
It had a really creamy interior and flaky crust, really really good, I'm speechless. It's on a pricy side for me though. (Had it twice! Both times were equally good!)

Bid my first and final goodbye to Bake Cheese Tart. Never tried it in Singapore all these years as I was overseas. Am now back, and when I heard they were closing down, I decided to make the trip to see what they really were about.

Really is a great cheese tart, I'll tell you that. The tart base did not crumble immediately and had a little bite to it, which is prefect. The cheese was very "flowy" when it was warm. But pop it in the fridge to get a nice, cheesecake - like consistency.

But I must say, for the size, the steep price tag of $3.90 for 1 is rather unjustifiable to me. Perhaps one of the reasons as to why they are closing is due to their steep price tag. Of course, demand for the tarts shot up once everyone heard they were leaving. I had to queue 20 mins for it, and there was a pretty long queue. I do wish them the best, though I'd have to be honest, if they did stay on, this is something I'll rarely see myself buying because of the price. Buying it once just to try is good enough for me.

Paying tribute to my all-time favourite @bakecheesetart_sg before they close in end Oct! 😭😭😭 Honestly the best in terms of cream cheese & crust imo! βœ”

The creamy goodness of the perfect ratio of different cheeses πŸ§€ that is velvety smooth, coupled with savoury buttery double-baked crust that is soooo crispy πŸ’• & bears an alluring aroma, really makes this a heavenly & dangerous addiction! 😍😍😍

This seasonal special - Shikuwasa Cheese Tart ($3.90) was pretty similar to the lemon πŸ‹ one I had previously, but with a subtle difference in fruit aroma. It was akin to eating a key lime cheesecake, not overly sweet as the citrusy zest perfectly balanced out the sweetness. πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹ Love it! ❀

Goodbye Bake Cheese Tart - you'll be sorely missed! πŸ‘‹πŸ»πŸ‘‹πŸ»

Limited edition matcha cheese tart! Crispy tart base and matcha with cheese is smooth and not too sweet. A pity that they are moving out of ion orchard by end of this Oct.
Price:$3.90

BAKE Cheese Tart ($3.50) is going to close down by end of October. I did tried before writing the last review for cheese tarts after a few months (waiting for crowds die down and cutting down a couple of hours for waiting time) That's I do most of time after the store open for at least few months. I really like cheese tarts to be warm because the creamy cheese flow out after eating tart halfway. Its quite creamy and cheesy aftertaste for cheese tart but I want to try it out soon for Matcha Cheese Tarts at Takashimaya Japan Food Matsuri ends 20 Oct.
