Imagine a huge oyster the size of your hand, fresh and juicy, topped with pickles, chili paste, thai chili sauces, and crisp fried shallots. As different as it may be, the medley of flavours worked beautifully together, enhancing the fresh seafood. It's the combination of great flavours and stunning freshness that makes this possibly the best oysters we've had.
