Flaky and crispy exterior, with liquid gold within. The salted egg sauce was leaning more towards a sweet custard flavor.
Personally I would have preferred a stronger salted egg flavor but still a great pastry all in all.
Monster is looking forward to trying the chilli crab Kwah Sohn.

Before I go again 🙄, here's my favourite [Pear Danish S$3.50] ! Using the same croissant pastry, with vanilla pastry cream & pear inside and topped with almond crumble. Pastries served as early as 8am here at this outlet! 👍🏻

These classy and dainty sweets are available at Antoinette's snazzy new outlet at Hotel Sofitel So Singapore opposite Lau Pa Sat, and noteworthy is how over here you can get Antoinette's very marvellous French viennoiserie (such as their brioche and croissants) - formerly only available on weekends at the Mandarin Gallery and Penhas Road outlets - every single day!

A new savory creation by @antoinette_sg available only at their newest outlet 'La Pâtisserie au Sofitel' at @sofitelsosingapore. When you order it, they'll warm it up with the banana leaf and the aroma of it complements the satay swirl. Try and see if you like it.

They tasted as good as they looked. Most preferred the Jasmine but I'm partial towards Summer and Charlotte. Apologise for the reflection!
