[CLOSED] Amos Perfect Gelato

Pistachio ice cream that could rival Creamier imo. The nutty flavour was so pronounced and fragrant. Highly recommend!

Yuzu on the other hand was citrus-y as expected but a tad too sour for my liking. 😅

The ice cream here is really thick and leaves an aftertaste of gelatin on your palate. Not my favourite but still good attempt for a new ice cream palour. Waffles were crispy and decent.

Had the waffle with pistachio and summerberries as well as a hojicha and honey lavender in cup form.

The best flavours are definitely the honey lavender if you're a tea aficionado, it is on the sweet side but the lavender shines through like a breath of fresh air. The pistachio with the waffle is really good and a must try. I was blown away with the first bite.

Nice chocolate+coffee flavours with the crunch of the nuts. Not overly sweet, too. Very worth-it with the 1-for-1 Beyond deal, just gotta pay an extra $1 for the premium flavours!

Find this quirky ice cream palour beside Potong Pasir MRT for au naturale handmade gelatos (from $3.60 per scoop). Pair the Original Waffle ($5) with the aromatic Hei Zhi Ma dotted with whole Japanese black sesame seeds for a delightful crunch. Other noteworthy flavours include the tangy Yuzu Kochi and the savoury, milky Couch Favourite peppered with housemade biscuits, potato chips, pretzels and Nestum.

Conveniently located at The Poiz Centre, Amos Perfect Gelato is a new ice-cream parlour that is situated just a stone's throw away from Potong Pasir MRT Station. Offering ice-cream in both cups or with waffles, the flavours here are fairly well-executed; other noteworthy flavours include the Roasted Pistachio that is incredibly nutty and roasty.

The Vietnamese Coffee would do well with coffee lovers; a very rich and fragrant aroma that carried a punchy, bitter undertone, the flavour was undoubtedly aromatic and carried a distinct sweetness behind akin to that of Vietnamese Drip Coffee with Condensed Milk — slightly nutty and cocoa-like in its finish just like the real deal. A spot I would not mind visiting especially if I were to be passing by the area, and a place that residents would be glad to have in the neighbourhood!
