This was alright. I mean it's quite tender but it's not very crispy. Also it's not particularly flavourful

In fact I think when it's too fresh there's a tradeoff of flavour for texture

Pretty smooth texture, not very flavourful, but most importantly there's absolutely no stench. That in itself is alr incredible

The flavour is quite a lot milder than what I expect. And not particularly crispy actually.

The problem was also that at this point the skewers came too quickly and we were unable to eat quickly enough (since it's hot when it comes) before the other skewers got cold and lost it's crisp

Omg. The best lamb skewers I've had. The freshness is perceptible and it's so crispy despite being lean. There's also one piece of fat per skewer which was great

Don't order too many at once tho, because it gets cold and chewy and the crisp disappears. This was too much alr, for 3 pax. Just get them in batches

Very thinly sliced so it was tender

Omg this was smashing. The ones in Singapore are so tough, but the ones here are crisp
Unfortunately because it's less voluminous, relatively it's quite a lot stronger in seasoning.
But otherwise rlly good
