I don't like this at all, the flavour is very muddy, while the texture is kind of like egg tofu but much more unpleasantly sticky and doesn't have as much integrity

The noodles itself was mushy, but the soup was unique. It's so light yet there's this very complex caramelised aroma.

Oh dear. The inherent flavour is really something else, as you can see from the ridiculously dark colour

It's very hard to describe because there's nothing similar in Singapore. But I was more than happy to stuff myself, and have the leftovers the next day for breakfast

Blasphemously good

Super crispy stem, but it's more the incredibly simple yet umami mixture of pork lard, chillies and garlic that elevated this to unbelievable deliciousness

It's hard to explain how good this was, but this is a must try and worth travelling for
