What I like about @alteregosg is we sure have couple of friends who are into indulging in favourite comfort food and some who simply want something healthy and @alteregosg have you all cover! I love how @alteregosg construct the menu so everyone can come together and dine.

What I tried

Seafood Pasta.
Spaghetti pasta with squid ring, king prawns, tossed in their homemade marinara sauce, topped with shave parmesan chopped parsley.
Loving the pasta is al dente and the prawns and squids are fresh and of a good size. Chefs kiss.

Mix Grilled Seafood + Meat.
A plethora of mix marinated grilled salmon fillet, fish fillet, green mussels, chicken fillet, lamb cutlets, beef slices, corn on cab, cherry tomato, lemon wedge with five kinds of sauce serve with SALAD.
Totally a pleasantly pleasure platter to share and indulge on.

Shrimp Gambas.
Saute shrimp in buttery garlic and onion serve with salsa or house salad,
grilled lime.
I love how I can easily pull apart the prawns from its shell using cutlery so the dining experience pretty much remains fuss free.

The Pappardelle pasta are cook till al dente and the sauce coating every strand is just so creamy so rich and incredibly tasty delicious. The flavours are so harmonious. Hands down, one of the top pasta I have had and I still can't stop thinking. The pasta potion is huge as well that can easily feed two people.

Every item here is worth the carbs intake and is hard to beat for that price. Great service too! @santis.sg is definitely the perfect spot for a casual lunch date, evening get-togethers for pizzas and pastas. I can't wait to be back again

Baby Don’t Herd Me

When the pizza arrived, I got a shock in my life but in a good way. It was huge and generously filled with topping. The sourdough pizza texture is really very light with a pleasant amount of chew without getting unpalatably soggy and with an addictive airy chewy crust edge. Worth noting there wasn’t any sourness even though the pizza base was made with sourdough. The diced lamb leg was gratifyingly tender with intensely smokiness mixed with Harissa that gives it a nice and slow fiery burn. The flavour really came through with a fantastic depth of flavour without being too strong. The fresh and high-quality ingredients use here does play a big part to the overall flavour. Wholesome pizza baked to perfection!

Abundance Tangerine Salmon Pasta.
This mouth-watering al dente pasta with a delicious serving of salmon paired with auspicious tangerines packs all the punch. The tangerine flavour is clearly detectable, but didn't overpower the entire dish. The huge slab of salom is grill till soft and incredibly moist.

The Earl Grey Black Tea.
With a distinct hint of the Earl Grey Black Tea but also comes with a surprise, a black sugar mochi within, reminds me of like boba in bubble tea. The mildly sweet Earl Grey blend filling complement with the sweet chewy black sugar mochi that bring out the mild earl grey blend sweetness.

Savoury Ham & Mushroom
Tasted somewhat like a quiche. It contain chicken ham, potatoes and mushroom stir fried in their signature BBQ blend. This is really a good savoury snack to eat. Super outstanding to me.

Chilli Crab
Literal burst of flavour as I take a bite out of the crispy flaky pastry with the chilli crab sauce ozzing out from the smooth custard that has a bit of kick & slightly spicy. Definitely one should not miss!

Crunchy Apple Cinnamon
The classic pairing of apple and cinnamon. The apple crumble, which gave a nice cookie-like crunch to the tart giving contrast to the smooth custardy.

Crispy Layers Coffee.
Punchy notes of coffee! Not only is the custard infused with coffee, but the flakey tart shell is also infused with coffee, so the strong notes of coffee hit as soon as I take a bite. You first get the flaky crispy pastry, followed by the full-bodied coffee flavour of the filling, finishing off by the fragrant coffee mung bean within the centre for an added sweetness & creaminess.The torched marshmallow also add a sugary char.
