what I tried

Chicken Cutlet Fried Rice
The Chicken Cutlet look absolutely tantalising with its crispy skin fried to golden-brown perfection. The thick and juicy chicken cutlet is such a perfect pair to the crunchy batter. The crunchiness and tenderness are balanced so there isn’t too much of either and the seasoning so tasty that my mouth was bursting with flavours once I bite into it. Not forgetting the outstanding wok hei from the egg fried rice, this is a simple, yet killer combination

what I tried

Braised Pork Rice
The generous amount of richly flavour braised pork are in luscious chunks small bite sized that is all soft and incredibly melt-in-the-mouth tender with a great mix of fatty and lean meat. Doused generously in the sticky sweet sauce, which are amazing with the rice that soaked it all up. The steaming hot bed of rice beneath the braised pork is sufficiently soft and fluffy. There is also half a marinated molten-yolked egg in it.

CHEEZY SALTED EGG FRIES
This Cheezy salted egg fries is just a crowd-pleaser. It is packed in a box that looks like a slice of cheese. The holes on the box similar to the holes on artisanal cheese, allow the fries to retain its texture over a long period. The texture of the fries remains crisp externally and moist internally. The salted egg powder coated the fries evenly, not forgetting the solid cheezy dip.

BELGIUM CHOCO LAVA CAKE
I cut the Belgium Chocolate Molten Lava Cake in excitement as you can already visually see the molten choco on top. True as it looks, once cut, the oozing melted chocolate flows and the taste is DA BOMB. The chocolate is warm and sweet, and elevated my endorphin level as I savour this delectable Lava Cake. Good to have it on its own or with a scoop of ice cream.
