Itās very flavourful, rich tasting and tender. The fat also provides an insane amount of flavour that steak fanatics can't get enough. The red wine jus sauce totally bring out the flavour. Pair with Duck Fat Potato that is skillfully shaped like a log with exterior lovely crispy and inner tender soft. Perfect.

Pan Seared Snapper With Pesto
Pan seared snapper marinated with olive dill, diced potatoes and pesto sauce, sprinkled with sautƩed peas and corns. SO freaking tasty! The flavour is fresh and light but also rich and a little indulgent. The snapper is soft and succulent, great quality and freshness.

Chicken Supreme
The best-selling main and I can see why. Made up of well-marinated chicken thigh, topped with signature tomato sauce, melted mozerella cheese, torched to perfection, and what's most interesting is the addition of prawns in the cheese that make for a more wholesome delightful bite. I love the sauce and the chicken is so tender moist and fresh! Highly recommend to give it a try.
