I tried,

Double Delight with Half Potion of House Special Charcoal Grilled Live Fish in Hot and Spicy + Garlic Crayfish
The fish meat is meaty, tender and succulent and super duper fresh. Each sip of the mala soup base gives an amazing kick of spice and not forgetting, the numbing sensation from the peppercorns which pairs perfectly with the natural sweetness of the sweet. Can choose to topped with a lot of other ingredients. I added pork belly, beancurd skin and fried intestine. The fried intestines and pork belly is another star of the show for me.

Steamed Egg
Extremely hot when it arrives at the table, can see it still bubbling away in the black metal pot. Wonderfully Light & Fluffy.

Kimchi Stew with Pork
Come with elements such as Kimchi, Pork, Tofu swimming in a flavourful broth. I appreciated how the kimchi provided a rather light, yet sourness to the entire stew while the tofu gives a very soft bite, & the pork meat is very tender.

Grilled Pork Collar.
Serve on hotplate in thicc cut yet super tender & well marinated. Come with lettuce, garlic slices & ssamjang sauce to wrap for a korean bbq experience without having bbq yourself.

Spicy Stir Fry Chicken
The sauce is the winner that turn this dish into a celestial. The chicken is very tender & well absorb the sauce.

Seafood Pancake.
Pancake is marvellous as the edges of the pancake really crispy it isn't excessively thick, hence won't feel too jelat. The seafood ingredients also well distributed across the pancake.

I tried,

Popiah
Their popiah skin is freshly handmade, very different from those machine-made one which are generally hard & dry. The skin here is delightfully thin & clear, & has a soft & rather chewy texture. The selling point is the moist ‘mang kwang’ (turnip) & the crunchy bits, deliciously combine with the other ingredients such as hard-boiled egg, lettuce, bean sprouts & peanuts. The Popiah retains its moisture & each bite bursting with flavours, yet not breaking the fragile skin.
