Hearty breakfast and the best way to start the day! Especially loved the sautéed mushrooms and the bratwurst. Their mains are also available on Burpple Beyond!

The tofu came generously coated with the salted egg - a thoroughly sinful but yet addictive dish. This is applicable on Burpple Beyond too!

We got the sea bass and opted for Medium Spicy Fragrant. It wasn’t too overwhelming spicy and we loved that extra kick at the end. Definitely will return for more of that addictive mala!

A modern twist on the local orh nee served with candied orange and fresh soy milk. It was a light and sweet ending to the meal as it wasn’t as heavy as how orh nee usually feels like. Delightful!

This was my most anticipated dish because I’ve heard many raves about this and it definitely lived up to the hype. The lobster dashi was so flavourful and it came with a generous serving of Japanese bay scallops. Also loved thin somen - my first time trying this and it was such a great substitute to meesua as it didn’t soak up the soup at all! I only wished I could have a second bowl.

This unsuspecting bowl of soup is Chef’s patronage to his grandma and it is so delightful and homely. You can just sense the love and dedication that it took to prepare this bowl of soup. One of my favourite dishes!

Really sweet and crunchy prawns. Chef also told us not to miss out on the head! Also couldn’t resist mopping up the remaining sauce with the bread. Yum!

Thank you Gastrosmiths and Burpple for the invite!

Part of their new reservation only set menu, we started off with their in-house baked bread and two varieties of butter. I especially loved the forest mushroom spread with its little mushroom bits and it went so well with the warm bread! I had to stop myself to save stomach space for the remaining dishes.

Thank you Gastrosmiths and Burpple for the invite!

Comforting matcha latte set in a zen interior. Their in-house honey earl grey cake is also soft and not overpoweringly sweet. Would recommend coming here on weeknights as it’s less crowded and they open till late!

I loved the Pom Pom [$9.30] which is the one that resembles a green apple! All the tarts were very yummy and light - perfect for that tea break. Plus point is also that the interior is also really pretty!

Found this hidden gem using Burpple Beyond!Noodles were springy which I liked a lot and the broth was also really tasty and sweet. Very satisfying for comfort food!

This place is really quite underrated! Thanks to Burpple Beyond, we had 1 for 1 mains here too. Really loved how soft and fresh the seabass was and that addictive lemon butter sauce. My plate was clean in no time!
