The Gianyar night market is a must try when in Bali! Most authentic Balinese dishes, great prices, endless selection.
Ayam betutu is so delicious we cleaned it to the bone! This long-cooked chicken rich in spices and flavor is certainly one of my favorite Balinese dishes. Highly recommend this to anyone who hasn't tried it, and the Gianyar market is possibly the best place for it.
