A healthy and fulfilling bowl made up mainly of thyme seared wagyu beef, quinoa, bulgar wheat and pearly barley with hearty servings of grilled furikake baby corn, roasted butternut squash and L&P mixed mushrooms (which I enjoyed the most). You can then order their Truffle Fries with Parmesan Cheese, S$12, to balance out all that health food.

Good curry flavour with the egg yolk cooked (runny) just right. πŸ˜‹

I find myself eating here whenever I can because the restaurant is always quiet and I seriously do not want it to close down. I feel like I’m in Hong Kong whenever I dine here and their roasted pork belly is one of the best in Singapore. Cut to the size of Mahjong tiles (seriously), they are always served warm with a very crispy top and mustard on the side. There is never a separate layer of fat which usually comes with cheaper roasted pork belly and yet, each piece is melt-in-your-mouth soft. πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹

It was a mix of various herbs and vegetables etc. stirred into rice, creating a fragrant and appetizing dish. I could detect onions, lemongrass, long beans, toasted coconut, kafir lime leaves, and best of all, salted fish. πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹

Peruvian food in Singapore. Please ensure you try their Chicharron (crispy pork belly with smoked chili and Amarillo sauce). It is truly yum.πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹

Slow roasted beef with their β€œspecial sauce” over a warm bowl of Japanese rice, topped with a raw egg yolk. The slices of beef could be thicker though. πŸ˜‹

Succulent prawns lightly steamed and topped with savoury minced garlic (which was not overpowering). Goes well with their signature fried Heng Hwa Bee Hoon. πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹

Eggplant is one of my favourite vegetables so I had no complaints with their generous serving of cubed eggplants with minced meat and gravy. It was poured over a warm bowl of Japanese short grain rice that was exceptionally sticky with a chewy bite texture. πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹

Charcoal-grilled wagyu beef with onsen egg and shredded leeks over rice. The beef seriously melted in my mouth. The ultimate comfort food. Worth every penny. The premium version at S$98 includes uni caviar and foie gras. πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹

A good choice if you are looking for a healthy, carb-free option. It could have used a bit more salt and seasoning for my liking but hey, it’s supposed to be healthy. πŸ˜‹
