While the colour from the squid ink batter did little to add to the taste of the dish, this was one well executed fish and chips. The batter was light and crispy while the fish inside was still fresh and juicy.
Sweet potato fries on the side was nice while the coleslaw was refreshing enough to cut through the other fried elements in the dish.
Exceeded all expectations for sure and would be back for more! It's so hard to find good fish and chips in Singapore.
