Red Braised Pork Belly Mee Sua We tried mee sua this time because we wanted something lighter. They do a legit version. The bowl of braised food was quite on point. Some pork was kinda tough, but the amount of fats made up for it.

Ginger Scallion Pork Scallion Oil Noodle The style of the pork reminded me strongly of Taiwan/China. It's not common locally at all. But all things considered, this bowl was such a flavour bomb, probably too overpowering.

Braised Pork Belly Bento This wasn't so good because rice is, well, not their scallion oil noodle and the pork was a bit tough.

Heavenly steak The Dry-Aged steak was definitely outstanding — deeply flavourful with that rich, nutty dry-aged profile. Doneness was spot on, with a perfect char outside and juicy, tender centre. Exactly what you expect from a top steakhouse.

Meadesmoore Had a wonderful dining experience at meadesmoore. The meadesmoore cut was perfectly cooked - juicy and tender. Highly recommend!

Steakhouse with a great vibe! Other than the already nicely cooked and well‑seasoned steak, Meadesmoore Steakhouse has a few dishes that really stood out to me. I started with the bone marrow, and as someone trying it for the first time, I was genuinely surprised by how rich yet approachable it was. The marrow had a buttery, almost velvety texture that spread beautifully over the toast, with just enough seasoning to enhance its natural depth without overwhelming it. The meal ended on a high note with their tiramisu, which turned out to be one of the night's standouts. The brandy cream gave the dessert a grown‑up and special twist.

Gula Melaka Lava Cake The "cake" was more like a cross between a tart and kueh. There's some lava, but due to the cake's texture, the contrast wasn't that strong.

Eurasian Dessert Platter Putugal, Breudher, sugee cake. The putugal was very good. Tapioca, banana and a hint of kaya - you can't go wrong.

Aburi mentai salmon ($28), shrooms wagyu burg ($25) +$2 for the mentai, generous portion. Salmon was grilled to perfection, tender w crispy skin. Meat was thick too. Free sides only include green salad & fries under Burpple deals. Wagyu beef was juicy.

overall a good burpple deal🍔🍟 fries (+$2 change to sweet potato fries) were really crispy and the burger was damn substantial, though the bacon made it too salty🥓 and the Wagyu patty could use more seasoning. but i really liked the sauce in the burger and the buttered buns were toasted well! i got the Pin Bunker ($26) which was literally spilling cheese😍🧀🤤 and came with even MORE (nacho) cheese on the side. ambience was nice too (only in the day because it's beside Ark11😀)

Hokkien Mee Their Hokkien mee was legendary and we're glad they kept it after revamp. There are large prawns, chunky roast meat, sotong, garlic sprouts, good-quality lard and superb chilli sauce. One thing that changed: no more beehoon in it.

Wonton Mee Their wanton mee has always looked amazing. There's chashu, onsen egg, fried wantons, milk cabbage. It's sumptuous and the lard was good quality.

Ngoh Hiong This attracted us for its use of crabmeat and Kurobuta pork. But wu xiang being wu xiang, the filling was minced and mixed together. It tasted decent but I couldn't tell what I was eating. The sweet sauce was so nostalgic.

New fangled nasi lemak, kueh lapis & mac n cheese I’ve never seen such a pretty swirled scrambled egg on nasi lemak! This new fangled nasi lemak stall also offers mac & cheese, sweet potato balls, burgers & bacon strip add-ons! Like a mini night market right here! ❤️ They also do a very pretty kueh lapis in many innovative flavors like pandan gula melaka, milo dinosaur, rum & raisin (all sold out). This bandung one was actually pretty tasty even though i’m not a fan of bandung. The food was tasty though a bit small and I can’t wait to come back to try more (the sweet sambal even had a whole onion strip)!
