La Cantina at Village Hotel Changi has always been a favourite but yesterday, I discovered newly-opened @elevenstrands in the Yio Chu Kang hood.
Seeing as how this restaurant is opened by the same folks behind @southunionpark at Kembangan, I was expecting good stuff and it didn't disappoint.
The menu reads a lot more "basic" than the one at SUP with classic pastas and typical bistro fare such as Duck Leg Confit, Pork Chops and Beef Cheek but knowing the standards that owner Terence maintains, you can bet each dish will be executed well.
So, northerners, another place to check out for good food in the hood!
