Same concept like "猪肠粉" filled with minced pork, black fungus and minced shallots. The yellow colour pieces are fish cakes. Personally I feel that the special sauce is the key of the dish.

Hanoi specialty in which a creamy soft, meringue-like egg white foam put on the top of Vietnamese coffee. It's like liquid tiramisu. So nice!!!

I am not a matcha lover but I definitely love this crepe. Crepe is not too sweet, matcha taste is not too strong..it's just nice with a cup of their Signature Coffee.
