The food is nice, especially the chai poh omelette, stir fried asparagus and sambal pomfret. Everything was delicious and fresh. The potato porridge also has unlimited refill and is so comforting and nostalgic. I love home cooked chinese food and I had a great dinner here.
I had dinner after work at this restaurant and highly enjoyed the tiramisu. It was such a good ending to the meal. I had the duck leg confit and it was delicious, the burrata and tiramisu were also perfect as a sharing plate. My partner had the ribeye and the steak doneness was on point too. Side note, their happy hour offer here is also really good!
Came all the way to Botanic Gardens to have this amazing steak! The steak here never disappoints. Was served a perfect medium rare as requested. In the picture is Steak and eggs which was so good. Not to mention, the sides are absolutely wonderful. Couldn’t stop eating the toasted sourdough which was crispy but so fluffy inside! The charred broccolini with a special fusion sauce was super tasty too. Love coming here for intimate meals and good steak
Really great food. Especially loved the tuna crudo and beef cheeks. Everything was splendid, I want to try other menu items!
Awesome food and service. I walk past this place almost everyday to work but only just tried it. The interior is really well decorated and feels like you're not in sg! I had the fish and chips and it was really good. I'm usually not a fan of fish and chips because of the batter but here the fish was flaky and moist, and it didn't feel heavy at all. Super enjoyable! I also tried my partner's poet's burger and it was delicious (I'll get it next time). Don't forget to get a guiness when you're here too. Had a great time :)
Ordered the watermelon tea and the matcha red bean drink. Was so yummy! Watermelon tea had actual crushed watermeon in it, along with some jelly and yogurt. Felt really healthy and not too sweet. But the matcha red bean was my favourite. It wasn’t too sweet, was just right, and had some yogurt jelly inside which i enjoyed greatly.
This is one of the best steak I’ve had the whole year, and to my surprise with their alternative cuts! Located at serene centre in Bukit Timah, the place is easily accessible from the MRT. For starters we tried the burrata with sourdough, the sourdough was deliciously toasted! The sides i had (mushroom and broccolini) were also amazing, even my boyfriend who doesn’t like mushrooms agreed these were delicious. And the beef (denver and deckle) was out of this world, so tender and well seasoned. Dessert was basque burnt cheesecake which had a lovely caramelized crust. This place is perfect for celebrating special occasions and also has a great ambience for dates. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to impress with top notch beef!
I love korean food so i had to check out Massizzim. Ordered a variety of items including the beef stew, spicy pork rice balls and tomato cheese pancake. My favourite would definitely be the beef stew that was really sweet and tasty! The beef was also tender and delicious. The rice balls were fun to roll too, but i ended up just eating it with a spoon haha. The tomato cheese pancake was also bomb and really crispy. Hope to try the egg rolls next time i come!
This is one of my favourite chicken places in singapore because of the good deals and the tasty chicken. For a change wanted to try the kurry chicken, cheese fries and chilli soy chicken. But the lunch deals (spicy or garlicky) are awesome options if you’re here for a quick combo lunch. Will be coming here again soon for sure!
Wanted to try out Russian food and was excited to come here! We had the combo platter, but my favourites were the potato dumplings as they were super tasty. We also ordered the borscht and cheese chebureki based on the waiters' recommendation. Loved it, as the portions were generous and price was reasonable.
Ordered the curry yong tau fu with beehoon which was really affordable and delicious. I really liked the curry sauce and it went well with the rice. Extra points for the beancurd skin which was incredibly yummy!
They have multiple branches and i frequent the one at siglap as its near my house. Really enjoyed this as usual!
Really nice place with great food and steak! Had the tri tip medium rare which was simply delicious, super umami. We also ordered an add on potato gratin which was tasty, and had the mentaiko fries. Fries had a really generous portion and the mentaiko sauce was great. Would recommend for large groups! Also had a glass of red to go with the meal, and the house pours at $6++ is really a steal. Highly recommend for an intimate date night!
