Watalappam tart 16++ Coconut Custard and jaggery(indian cane sugar), topped with a white chocolate cream. It tastes like a pecan pie without the pecans kind of, the crust is soft and quite dense. The filling has some complexity, and the white Choc cream works as well
All in all an easy to love, safe dessert, not too much wow

If you're looking for safe food with familiar flavours and frankly trite but textbook execution, this is your place. However if you're looking for something to blow your mind, this is as far as it gets. It's almost exactly what you would expect, really, and not in a good way
