Came back here to try their dwaenjjangjjiage and I enjoyed it :-)) the broth was nice and there a lovely handful of potato’s, onions, and tofu (there wasn’t any meat though which was kind of a bummer 🫨). I’m not really picky tho with there not being any meat so if your fine with that as well then I def recommend this dish 👍 (the rice and banchans were great as well- devoured those 🤭)

Absolutely lovely this dish was! The salmon was tasty and the rice was really nice! I also liked the sides that came with it: salad, miso soup, and some pickled veggies. Really good proportions and a lovely vibe!

The beef pie was okayyy…about 90% was mashed potato’s and the bottom had ground beef. It’s really filling but other than that a tad bit underwhelming. Maybe this can be a dish you can share with your friends and then you guys can order another main to try (at least that’s what I’m thinking of trying to do next time haha).

Stumbled upon this place with my coworkers (I thought one of my coworkers went here before but turns out they haven’t so we literally just stumbled upon this place 😅). However, a good find I would say!

Was craving some kimchi jjigae ($12) and my expectations are quite high when it comes to jjigaes but I genuinely liked this one! The broth was well flavored and the kimchi itself was good. If the kimchi wasn’t good and if they didn’t include beef then I wouldn’t have enjoyed it. Also, they gave us purple rice and a nice selection of banchans 🥰 I love purple rice as I find it a bit more filling (and it’s healthier). The banchans were also delicious and I ended up finishing almost all of them 🤭
I definitely want to come back to try their other dishes. 🫡

Was looking for a Korean restaurant to eat with a friend but then we bumped into Sarnies and decided to just eat here instead since it’s been on our wishlist, there was a Beyond deal, and there wasn’t a lot of people at the time!

I got the steak and egg toast and it was pretty good! The bread was sour dough and the steak was pretty tender. It came with two poached eggs and on top was some bearnaise sauce. The steak itself didn’t have much flavor but the bread with the egg and sauce helped elevate it! I thought this was going to be a bit heavy to finish but I felt like it was just right the proportion. 👌✨

Enjoyed some naengmyeon on a hot day with my friend 😋
The naengmyeon was quite nice. The noodles were chewy. The broth was flavorful (it’s also nice to add some vinegar and mustard!). There was even a slice of pear inside (just one tho haha). However, they only added one slice of the beef 🥲 wish there was a bit more…actually, I do feel the ingredients inside were not a lot so that was a bit disappointing 😕
The steamed egg was also a nice appetizer on the side. It was a nice, salty/savory flavor in contrast to the naengmyeon.

Really interesting because this really tasted like fish yet wasn’t fish! I think the “fish” being coated in a batter on top of the soft buns really made it seem like a normal fish burger. Tasted amazing and the sweet potato fries were divine as well!

My friend got the Omni burger black but she said it was alright since I think the patty tasted a bit too fake– so it was kinda weird for her to eat this as if it was a normal meat patty.

We also got the carrot juice and it was very refreshing!

It was overall a nice meal and we felt a little less guilty when indulging in these burgers. 🤭

My friend’s and I headed on over to Fuel Plus for the first time and it was quite enjoyable. :-)

I got the Salmon Madness and honestly it’s good but more on the healthier side so not much provision of gravy or bold flavors of the sorts. However, I really did enjoy the strawberry mint ice tea 🍓 🫖 ! Very refreshing on this hot day.

My friends got the chicken overload and the soft shell crab curry and those two were really good! The chicken came with mushroom sauce on top and the crab came with a bed of thick, spicy curry. Definitely recommend those two over the salmon :-) Also, do try the truffle tater tots as well!

We were also able to use the 30% beyond deal so it was quite an enjoyable time for a Sat lunch. 💕

It was my first time here and the food here was sooo good! I think my favorite was the wagyu beef don WOWOOW so yummy! The meat was tender and I think the rice was pretty good! Also enjoyed the sides we got: pulled pork tacos 🌮 and jalapeño poppers 🌶️!
Not only was the food good but we all were able to redeem FREE shots since we’re Beyond members 😝🍺
