Alone but not lonely

I didn’t notice till recently, but Aki Sushi & Grill expanded their place in plaza so I thought I’d try it out. I also didn’t expect the kaarage set to be at a reasonable price ($11.90)! But for the price it’s quite worth it! They gave you a lot of kaarage as well as rice, miso soup, some salad, and chawanmushi. The kaarage was actually pretty good; the outside was crispy while the inside was juicy 👍 I think I’ll definitely go back to try their other sets but you can also buy their already made sushi they sell on the outside and eat it in the restaurant! 🍣

Was curious about this cafe so thought I’d give it a try! I’m not a coffee, girl so I tried to ice chocolate! I mean it’s just a good ol’ chocolate drink so it’s kinda hard to mess up on this drink hahah
The staff was kind enough to warm up my lemon cake so it was actually not that bad- the centre was warm, and moist and you could really taste the lemon!
I think I wanna come back here with my friends since the place itself was really nice and comfortable! (Also wanna try using one of the Beyond deals here 🤭)

Came back here to try their dwaenjjangjjiage and I enjoyed it :-)) the broth was nice and there a lovely handful of potato’s, onions, and tofu (there wasn’t any meat though which was kind of a bummer 🫨). I’m not really picky tho with there not being any meat so if your fine with that as well then I def recommend this dish 👍 (the rice and banchans were great as well- devoured those 🤭)
