I just had the lunch set here from $10.80 onwards. Choose from sashimi with tempura ($16.80) , or really well grilled fish (seabream with mentaiko, or flounder at $14.80) with crispy skin and tender flesh, and it's inclusive of free flow of sides such as these stuffs here, fat salmon sushi, chawanmushi and takoyaki. And the food was surprisingly good.

Affordable comfort food that doesn't compromise on the quality.

This is definitely not your traditional kind of aburi salmon rolls with that cream cheese mentaiko sauce smothered all over! It’s super thick, gao and just a tad too creamy but the combination was really quite shiok to have! Try to have this for sharing as some might find it jelak or maybe request for lesser sauce if you prefer. The tempura crumbs scattered on the top helped to give an extra crunch!

Packed with ingredients, every mouthful guaranteed a nice contrast of silky and crunchy. The stock was a little too delicate for me; my palate's geared towards strong-tasting flavours. Thought this could benefit with a little more wok hei plus some egg ribbons for a thicker consistency. Still, it's pretty good value at just $20 for a huge portion that could easily feed 4-6.

I love how underrated Manzoku is, especially when it comes to their Chirashi Set! There's just something about the thick, fresh slices of salmon, tuna, swordfish, and amberjack sashimi laid out in abundance atop perfectly cooked Japanese rice that makes you want dig into it immediately! Bitting into the lightly-golden tamago bars are a welcoming respite from the ocean of flavours, and we haven't even gotten to the generous dollop of Ikura pearls yet! $25 may be a hefty price tag to many, but for this gargantuan bowl? 150g of Miso infused king salmon served on a bed of zucchini and shitake mushroom ragout with grilled ​king prawns and mustard foam 》$26.90

​During my first visit, they have ​salmon with grilled lobster claw. This time round the menu shows grilled king prawns. I liked both but I prefer the king prawns over lobster claw.

The food is as fresh and delicious and portiion is generous as usual.
