Gyuniku handmade udon ($15). Love the texture of the udon, really smooth. However, the beef was overcooked. Would prefer it to arrive at the table partially cooked rather than well done.
In my opinion, this dish actually makes more of an impression than their ramen. The small cubes of Japanese-style marinated roast pork or "cha shu" boast a slightly charred aroma and taste that is extra tasty when tossed in the sweetish sesame dressing and assorted chopped salad leaves. At $8.90 before taxes, I could just have this for lunch and be very happy.
