We bought the $148 seafood hotpot and a $30 mango fish for six of us. Both dishes were really good and portions were just right (or even a bit too much). The seafood was very fresh. On the whole, food was really yummy and the crew were also attentive.

Since we were in the area, we decided to pop by Joo Bar for their organic home brewed makgeolli, or 'Joo Brew' so that we could learn how to tweak our version when we try again. This was much much creamier and thicker than what we had made last round, and it had an almost yoghurty taste. It's really easy to drink. Didn't order any food this time. The food were kind hit and miss for me. But I remember some dishes like the slow roast Mangalitsa pork belly, Bossam and seafood tofu stew were really good, though portions are pretty small.

Special combination beef pho ($9.90) with beef slices, brisket and meat balls. The clear broth was very light, with a slight sweetness. A simple tasty dish overall. Sadly didn't get to try the egg drop soup 'cos I was distracted and they cleared it away. The cockles fried with garlic, chilli and lard was interesting. But personally I like my see-hum bloodier, so I really prefer our local version. Also, it's kind of pricey at $7.50.
