Came here on a Sat afternoon to utilise the BB deal. Paid approx $18.80 for 2 sets of lunch deal.

Would recommend Si Chuan Pork noodles & the sour plum drink. The dumplings were really good too!!!

The eggs ben was alright, nothing spectacular. In fact it’s on the steeper side of price -$21.

Would however recommend the rainbow fries which consist a mixture of sweet potato, purple sweet potato, taro & potato fries. These yummy snacks are also nicely paired with their homemade mayonnaise sauce.

The place itself was a little hard to find, and sad to say central mall seemed deserted with only a few restaurants around the vicinity.

The interior of Manpei, however, has a nice Japanese set up and it makes you feel relaxed while dining there.

Moving on to food, the best part about this dish was the chashu as it had a nicely charred flavour to it. The noodles and soup are just average.

The total bill amounted to about $18. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for an affordable bowl of noodles 🙂

Not a fan of tomato sauce pasta and the chef very kindly agreed to my request to have the crabmeat pasta cooked in aglio olio style. The portion of the crabmeat was also really generous!

10/10 would recommend!
