Chicken Liver Waffle Sad to hear that they closed for food. The waffle with chicken liver is my favorite dish on the menu. Their new concept opening end of this year will still feature this dish.

Vegemite Swirl $10+ Caramelised flaky pastry rolled with Vegemite, topped with date jam and toasted macadamia - a take on Cloudstreet's signature petit four. Smaller in size than expected - about the same size as the Wattleseed Chantilly Tart. I actually really like this. Strong, umami flavoured sticky pastry. Much better than the wattleseed chantilly tart. Worth a try if you are also ordering their mains during phase 2 (heightened alert)

Wattleseed Chantilly Tart $15+ Cloudstreet’s rye tart filled with cascara infused caramel and Valrhona (70%) dark chocolate ganache, finished off with wattleseed chantilly. Too much caramel for my liking and the runny caramel made the tart not as crisp. Tart base was just okay - slightly thick, not crisp and not buttery. Not worth it and pricey for an average tasting tart.

Fried Spring Rolls Fried Spring Rolls ($5) It's a pity @fatsaigonboy.sg doesn't serve my favourite fried spring rolls wrapped in the vermicelli pastry but this is still a decent alternative side dish!

Signature Pork Rice Signature Pork Rice ($9) Roasted Lemongrass pork served with viet slaw, mint, coriander, shallots, spring onion and nuts at the newly opened @fatsaigonboy.sg . The accompanying chilli paste is a must as it is awesome! The roasted pork was yummy. A great quick lunch option during the work week!

Beef Burrito Bowl from Guzman Y Gomez! An oldie but a goodie. I always order the same thing at Guzman. The pulled beef is stringy and tender. The rice is fluffy and aromatic. Spicy chicken burrito bowl ($10.90) 🌯 Pork and chicken tacos ($8.50) 🌮 I love Mexican food so naturally, I find Guzman y Gomez a great fix for a quick lunch in town. This is especially since they have so many branches open all over the central business district. This means I can always find one around the corner even if I'm at Raffles Place, City Hall, Downtown, Tanjong Pagar, or Orchard. I usually get a burrito bowl because it fills me up nicely, and then pour some free flow sauce and onions all over it for the full flavour! The meat is always pretty tender and the vegetables are fresh. {Rating: 9/10}

Burrito Bowl I ordered with pulled pork without pico de gallo so it is uncolorful. I was able to take the mild spiciness. Other ingredients include black beans, rice, cheese and chips. The rice wasnt a big portion. I think the flavors complement each other well. I love the chips the best.

Good enchiladas, long wait Their food is pretty good, had no problems with it. The only comment is it took 30 mins for them to make the food to go, and they didn't text me, so I had to come over and ask if my order is ready.

As my handle suggests goes without saying that my first review is of chicken quesadillas. got the plus version which comes with more filling because i'm a hungry child who loves quesadillas. not the best quesas i've had in sg, but one of the more accessible ones and it satisfies my occasional quesa cravings 😌 nonetheless they're good and tasty!

Chicken Protein Bowl A restaurant focusing on healthy food, gotten their chicken protein bowl during lunch time and was truly disappointed. Even though it was generous size with all the vege but it was too dry for me, especially the chicken given was so hard to chew. Not only this, the price also consider very expensive. You could probably get a better and cheaper in other place.

Peanut Butter Fudge 4+(svc When Dining In) Yes it does Melt even when u just hold it in your hands, but that's all the redeeming points. Not sweet at all, and the peanut taste is almost non-existent, just taste the oiliness of the "butter". Neither was the dark chocolate very enticing. They were balanced but not in the good way, felt like one flavour shld have taken a back seat. Maybe a little mean to put this into this category, but honestly im not a Fan of gluten free food in the first place

Beef Tenderloin Had this steak. Asked for medium but it seemed medium rare. Nice soft and tasty. Seated outside. The tables are well spaced out. Pleasant evening. Burpple Beyond could not be used for special dishes like this beef steak. The coupons are valid for pizza and spaghetti dishes.

Crab Tostadas Crab Tostadas ($18/ 2pcs): On two crispy corn tortillas, the fresh blue swimmer crab, jalapeño, cilantro and mayo combo really turned up the heat. The staff did warn us about the mint and lime mayo being spicy, so indeed it was. Love the plump chunks of crab, which tasted fresh and sweet; I think the flavourful yet refreshingly bright minty sauce helped counter any possible unpleasant briny flavour.

Beef Quesadillas Beef Quesadillas ($19) Yummy but strangely resembles a well-seasoned murtabak?! The spiced, flavourful pulled beef brisket was super tender and very complementary to the melted mixed cheese, chipotle, savoury salsa ranchero, and pickled onion filling. The flour tortillas were crisp and nicely toasted, too.

Baja Fish Tacos Baja Fish Tacos ($12/ pcs): On a soft gluten-free corn tortilla, the crispy fried barramundi came with slaw and chili mango salsa. We opted for the sauce to be on the side as the staff explained that it would be quite spicy, which it was. The tangy, tantalising sauce was best added bit by bit for me. Love the flaky, fresh, succulent fish and the thin, crunchy, golden-brown batter but $12 for one was an ouch.

Medium cut with enough tendon, fat and red protein. The French bean side was slightly too tough with an old skin, but thankfully we ordered the beetroot tartare which was a nice interlude to the 1.1kg star of the night. For my main I had the quinoa falafel which was a great take on the usual fried chickpea & beans “meatballs”. I also adored the bed of hummus together with cabbage and pomegranate. Artemis is now on my “go to places for occasions” list.

Roasted Salmon Located at the heart of the CBD on level 40 of Capitagreen Building, you can get a panoramic view of the Singapore skyline while enjoying the wonderful Mediterranean inspired food. One of the standouts was the perfectly roasted salmon atop a bed of couscous, eggplant and tomato relish ($36). The salmon was perfectly cooked with a nice crispy skin. I also liked the combination of flavours of the turmeric, saffron and tomato that go really well with the couscous.

Birthday dinner Such delicious food and lovely setting, one of the best Asian restaurants I’ve been to!

Salt And Pepper Squid Another well executed dish; 14++. Stayed crispy until the end and accompanied by a lime mayonnaise. Safe option but recommended.

Crispy Duck Crispy Duck pancakes, 18++. Asian fusion restaurant with a relaxed ambience in an upstairs cocoon. A decent dish, well presented. Duck was indeed crispy and sufficient quantity and pancakes to make a well sized starter.
