Pork ribs are tender and flavourful. Broth is not too pork & not too prawny, very good balance between both ingredients! 👍🏻

Nice chill place for a morning/afternoon coffee. Staff there are nice & friendly.

Decent brunch meal, though I wouldn't come back for this.

The scrambled eggs was fine. The bacon was overrated, the espresso maple taste was underwhelming.

The sautéed mushrooms, the baked beans (checkpeas), and sausage were not bad. The roasted tomatoes were nice & fresh.

Better brunch meal than the "Brekkie of Champions", especially if you're vegetarian etc.

The green hollandaise sause was nice and interesting, I believe they mixed it up with some avocados to get the colour. The poach eggs was nicely prepared. Avocados were fresh. Overall nice meal.

The best parma ham & rockets pizza I've had so far! 😋

Great portions of rockets & parma ham. This was also the first place where they drizzled a good portion of olive oil on the pizza (other places leave this out entirely)! I would definitely come back for this! 👍🏻

One of the best pizzas I had so far! The mozzarella & mascarpone base was great, and the mushroom paired well with it! 👍🏻 But might be too rich/jelat for some.

Would definitely come back for more of this! 😋

A nice & interesting dish. Prawns were large & fresh, and there was a good portion of salami. The squid ink did nothing to enhance or distort the taste of the pasta, which is both good & bad (means its really only added as a gimmick haha). One gripe was how the salami taste kinda overpowered the garlic oil taste that I usually look forward to in aglio olios.

Nice pasta dish from the Group Therapy group. The sauce was meaty, thick enough and clinged on well on the pasta. The sauce was also not too tangy, which is something I greatly appreciate (not a fan of tomato based pasta sauce).

Definitely a place to go for fresh pasta! 👍🏻

Just a close up on the otoro & chutoro in JIN's premium chirashi don! 👍🏻

Best Chirashi don I've had in Singapore! The sashimi were all super fresh and did not have the fishy smells that is common in most restaurants (even reputable and expensive places).

The botan shrimp was fresh & sweet, and well blanched such that the meat was still tender & "raw". The uni was good - tasted like butter & the salty sea mixed together. The salmon belly was great and fatty enough. The chutoro was well balanced in terms of lean & fatty parts. The otoro was the bomb and the marbling was perfect - the piece melted in my mouth like butter, reminding me of the mind-blowing experience I had with otoro in Japan!

Would definitely go back for this premium don, especially with Entertainer 1-for-1 deals and/or Eatigo discounts! 👍🏻

And did I mention the excellent service provided by the boss couple? Despite being fully booked, they managed to reward our perseverance (waited ard 45mins) by squeezing us in with counter seats. Really appreciate the boss' effort despite having to ensure those who made reservations also got their tables.

Unfortunately, this dish was disappointing despite the relatively good reviews by food bloggers. In all honesty, I wasn't expecting the same standard as I had in Thailand, but the standard of prep put into this was what put us off.

The rice was not kept warm - the staff alr kept the rice in tupperware in the fridge - we ordered it this at 2.30pm which was still before their closing. This made the rice harder and dryer than it should have been. The pig trotters were also just warm, not kept hot. I'm pretty sure this affects the texture and bite of the meat & fatty skin. I get that its pretty near their closing time, but if they're not prepared to keep the ingredients fresh till then, they might as well not sell the dish anymore.

Noodles is thicker and more Q than the usual Singapore/HK wanton mee noodles. Similar to Kolo mee thickness & texture. The fried and boiled wantons are above average. The char siew I got wasn't as fatty as I hoped, I also wished it was more charred like the M'sian style char siew (but I guess this is the Thai style charsiew? So i shouldn't compare that way haha). Otherwise, I really liked this dish and would come back again if I have the time.
