The burgers here are definitely good, although I wish the beef patty had a higher ratio of fats. Would have made it more juicier! Another small gripe is the price, definitely not affordable, but still kinda worth it for the quality.

Nice dish! Steak was cooked nicely and the bed of hummus was a good companion to the meat. Only gripe was the relatively small portions, would have been more enjoyable to have more steak!

Nothing to rave about. Oil used was definitely old & re-used, they should have used a newer batch of oil to fry this. It's pretty obvious from the darker tones of the crispy batter. The pork meat was also kinda dry, which I believe was due to the meat being overcooked or no longer fresh? Generally a lot of room for improvement.

Largely the same comments for the patty as my bacon cheese burger post. π
The beef patty was cooked to medium-rare as instructed, and was really juicy! The place claimed that no seasoning was used for the patty, which I'm pretty sure is true, but personally, I think the patties should still be lightly seasoned to elevate the taste? Anyway, they were relatively generous with the veggies and cheese. Bacon was a tad dry, but brought a nice savoury-ness to the entire burger (which was kinda missing from the un-seasoned patty).
Would definitely go back again, but only with 1-for-1 deals. The burgers are on the pricey side albeit the quality choice of angus beef used.

Tried the plain & standard one without any special/creative/fusion toppings, and chose the kurobuta pork sausage. The sausage was really well grilled and was a legit pork sausage. The accompanying mustard and tomato sauce paired well with the sausage (though I would personally replace the tomato sauce with chilli sauce the next time!)
$8 might be a little pricey, but totally worth it if you have the entertainer 1-for-1 or Burpple beyond 1-for-1 deals to redeem!

The fish was battered well and turned out really golden brown, while the meat inside was still pretty moist. The chips (fries) were nicely fried and seasoned.
The only small reservation I had was the price. Not sure if the choice of fish used (as opposed to Dory) justifies the higher prices as I do not see the incremental benefit (both in terms of value & taste). Nonetheless, I will still head back to try the bangers & mash and scotched eggs. π

Decent dish. The pork collar was reminded me of char siew, though not as sweet or charred. Rice noodles might not be the most ideal choice of noodles (ends up being too dry), I'd suggest you try the meekia instead (as recommended by the shop)! ππ»

Really like this dish. The salmon is fresh & well cooked, with the meat still moist! The pickled sides brought a nice and welcomed acidic cut with a tinge of sweetness. Really like this combination π

Pleasant dish but portions are rather small for the price ($7.50). Tip: you should order normal/non-spicy so that you can have a proper taste of the broth. You can always add more dried chilli powder to make it spicier afterwards!

Quite nice, but portions were a little small. Would have been a more enjoyable meal if they had been more generous with the amount of salmon.

Brilliant dish. The salmon was really well good, and the texture was super interesting! Skin was crisp, middle was moist and juicy, but the non-skin side was also crisp/charred. The bouillabaisse foam was really intriguing too and matched well with the miso salmon and veg sides.
Would definitely come back for this again!
