Perhaps I am use to the thick creamy base of my carbonara that I didn’t like this version that taste very watered down. I would give a thumbs up for their handmade pasta which has a different texture.

On the other hand, what I thought was a huge plate of fries was soon gobbled down and done with within minutes by three of us 🙂

But..., not a place I would visit again.

I was actually quite skeptical about ordering a plate of nachos at this price but it turns out to be a very worth it dish — Would definitely recommend a group to share this even though both of us wolfed this down after our main dishes hahaha

The drink was definitely a right move that refreshes and cooled us on that hot sunny day we visited 🌞🔥

I’ve always liked the taste of my pasta tossed in white wine and garlic and even though I don’t usually take clams, I still go for this dish.

I would give this a 2.5/5 as the texture of the linguine wasn’t to my liking however there was definitely a generous amount of clams on this dish — if you’re a lover of it you might want to try this out!

I saw a lot of reviews on the very shiok salad bar with their free flow eggs (of three different types) and so I went ahead without realizing the menu only serve beef.......

But the friendly waitress came over seeing me all stressed up and offered the ebi set (which was not in the menu) considering if I were to eat just the salad bar I would have to pay 18.80$ as well since it was the minimum fare.

Overall this is a place that serves food with quality even their salad bar at this reasonable fare! Would definitely come back again :-)

I’ve been meaning to try this place but I guess other than the affordable pricing there wasn’t much to rave about to go back again.

I’ve been there at least five times ever since I know the existence of this place. It’s definitely my go to place if I ever crave for this ✨ My favourite part of eating this plate of deep fried goodness is dipping it into their v yummy sauce — which has a hint of spiciness that adds even more flavor into your mouth.

(On a side note: the other stalls at this coffee shop are pretty good as well!)

A very quiet cafe located at the second level of Tampines West CC, it has a nice ambient and service was good and fast ✨

I was a little disappointed at how limited the menu was till I saw the waffle selection!! At such a reasonable price with a generous amount of chicken karage (and bacon), I know I will be back here again to try the other “toppings” 🙌🏼

The beef was pretty good according to my friend! But nothing much to rave about the truffle fries.

Chanced upon this place so we decided to give it a try since it’s been on my to go list for quite some time for now.

On the first bite of my Chicken Parmigiana dish it tasted pretty good (maybe because I was getting rly hungry!) But as I start to go on to my 5th bite the “gelat” feeling was there and it was sooooo salty!! Also my coleslaw was sour? Not quite sure if it’s spoilt or it was meant to be.

For the Aussie burger I only tried the bun and the cucumber which was the only good thing for my entire meal.. (Excluding the wedges!)

So a 2/5 for the dinner — for their yummy truffle infused wedges + the bun of the burger.

Price at: 8.50$ and 17$ (Respectively) — Generally I feel the prices are pretty reasonable for its quality and quantity.

My second visit here which was years apart but the waffle never fail to disappoint! Definitely one of my go to cafes whenever I have a waffle craving 🙌🏼

However I think cheese fries are generally quite overrated so it was a wrong move to have made that order. (Price at 5$)

Finally had the chance to swing by this gelato boutique and boy oh boy the staff was really friendly and chirpy which made the visit even better!!

Personally couldn’t take the basil flavored ice cream but would give a thumbs up for their thyme-infused cone — worth that additional dollar if you are more of a cone person.

Made the wrong decision on ordering two similar tasting flavor but as mentioned above we couldn’t take the basil and I was more of a chocolate person. I would give this first try at 3.5/5 :-)

My first thought was: why did it took me so long to visit this pet friendly cafe!!?!

I thought I could finish the plate of french toast on my own as I got up feeling hungry. But I was wrong. Would give this a 4.5/5 since it gets pretty bland on the mouth after awhile.
(On a side note: You could order without the sides and just the toast price at 10$ or have other additional sides according to your preference.)

I had a fair share of disappointing mac and cheese for years but this, this was a plate of goodness. And this is definitely a 6/5 stars because the prawns they serve aren’t the stingy kinds — well done whisk and paddle!
(You can opt for one without prawns price at 14.80$ but just top that 4$ for an even satisfying meal!!)

Whatever the price was, with the generous amount of strawberries and blueberries as well as the granola it is definitely worth it. This could easily be one of the best tasting waffle I’ve had!

p/s. If you are not exactly a big eater or a person with sweet tooth, order this to share instead of soloing it (— like I did)
