The standard of K food in the food courts is really rising, the cook advised me to take it in the stonebowl, and she made sure there was a nice bit of #scorchedrice #누룽지 at the bottom which gave the dish a bit of zing. The other bit came from my asking for lots of #gochujang before I started mushing things up!
