I dropped by a year ago and my mother wouldn’t shut up about the pizza I doggy bagged home. Finally had the time to pop by and I picked up 2 pizzas - to my horrific surprise, they were really badly made - look at the distribution of ingredients, and flat out tasted of nothing. No flavour. Severely lacking salt - the dough was also raw at the bottom. Any pizza chain or frozen pizza would’ve been a much better choice. The mains looks far better and if I go back, I’ll be staying far far away from the pizza
Dropped by during lunch where they’ve got a set (inclusive of a drink, either Thai milk tea or Thai iced lemon tea) - this was alright, nothing to shout about but a decent enough fix! Affordable at $5, the set was priced at $7! Here’s the thing though - when I asked for milk tea, I was told to TOP up a dollar, which I refused, because the milk tea is sold at 2.80 a la carte?? But when I got back to the table, my colleagues told me that they were charged $7 for their pad Thai and the milk tea, as advertised. The staff that was attending to me was the same person who had attended to them, and a misunderstanding couldn’t have happened cause she was pointing to the drinks in question when I clarified the $1 top up.
Otherwise, food was okay, won’t go out of my way to eat here!
I loved this. Three succulent lobster claws nestled snugly within a toasted bun? YES. I had the Connecticut, which was supposed to be drizzled with warm butter - this I barely tasted, but the lobster meat and bun really made up for it! Juicy, sweet, and fresh. That’s really all you need ☺️
You should note that their opening hours are all over the place across all social platforms, including Burpple, Google and their website - basically don’t drop by on weekends, they aren’t open (I tried to on a Saturday first & it was very much closed)
They’re open Monday to Friday, and close from between 9-9:30pm, so says the staff!
This was bae. The place is adorable and owned by 3 guys who basically said goodbye to the corporate life to pursue what I assume is their passion ☺️
The roll was lovely and they were very generous with the lobster and crab! The mentaiko didn’t drown out the taste, so would really recommend it! (+$2)
Their soft serve is also freshly made in house and they switch it up every 2 weeks - not too sweet too ☺️
Head down if you’re in the area!
