My homemade japchae, with modification here and there.. I can't find the starch noodles, I plan to use glass noodle (soun) at first but change my mind and use brown rice spaghetti instead. And I'm running out of sesame oil right after finishing this dish.

Taste exactly like potato and cheese, maybe because it is potato and cheese. I think it is baked.. Taste so so lha, but pretty good for an afternoon snack..

Always love a good banana cake. Taste wise this is so good, teksture wise am not really like it. Not fluffy and bouncy like other banana cake out there. And the caramel, they use condense milk..

So far, this is the best pancake I ever taste. Curiously wonder are they use milk, buttermilk or cream / half-and-half..

Salty, sweet and all in one bite.. I think thats one combination that people always love and crave.
