Had the Omakase X Impossible Truffle Burger Set ($24.90) complete with Impossible Chili Cheese Fries and Root Beer float. Verdict? The patty tastes almost like the real deal, down to the texture and juiciness. I wouldn’t have known it’s made from plants if you didn’t tell me!
