Had this at One@Kent Ridge, can't find the right location tag. Anyway, this $9.80 bowl of crackling pork and caramelised roasted pork (char siew) was pretty good. They go by weight I think - so I had the choice of either more crackling or caramelised pork. The moment I heard the crunch when he was slicing the crackling pork I had high expectations (and prepared myself for the disappointment cos' my journey home was 1.5h - prolly would be soggy but surprisingly it was still a little crispy) & it wasn't salty at all, with a great portion of meat and fat. The char siew was a little fatttttt but yum! Added $1 for onsen egg. Japanese rice with light simple soy sauce. Also comes with dried Chilli (tastes like haebeehiam). Pretty satisfying!!

The curry here is damn good. Not too sticky or too sweet. The prata here is very thin compared to the typical prata we usually had.

Dinner at the catered dinner place again. Initially thought it was a fish and chips kind of thing. The chicken in orange flavour is really unique.

Decided to indulge a little with a vanilla dessert. Find the bowl really cute lol.

You can order a meal set that includes 2 croissants and a salad here at 12 dollars plus. The choices are (from btm to top) molten ramen egg, xiao long bao, artisanal onion jam with sausage and rolling dumpling. I personally think the best will be the xiao long bao croissant as it does give the xiao long bao taste without hiding away the crisp of the croissant covered in sesame. 😝
