Ordered this from the Airport Road Wanton Mee. Young owners - hawkerpreneurialism. At $3.50, they offer generous portion of springy QQ mee, char siew, and wantons (at the bottom).

Chilli is good! You may add more ingredients or upsize your noodle for a dollar each.

Will come back for more! πŸ˜‹

This store, named Simei, serves only 2 items - Penang kway teow and Assam Laksa (which is only available on Friday - Sunday).

Love the wokhey of this kway teow. There are a lot of tau gey too. Really crunchy and refreshing. The pork lards adds the overall WOW to it.

Not bad. Value for money given the portion size. Love the tar tar mayo sauce. πŸ˜‹

Don’t compare this to pizza hut. Is different. But well, it is decent and is a good single portion.

Better to have more cheese. πŸ˜‚

Very eggy taste, and not so sweet. Tart is crispy and buttery and mild savoury. Totally complement the soft sweet filling.

Though it is pricey, but the goodness is totally worth it.

Old school taste, not too salty which i like it.

The kway here is mediocre but i love the fact that they gave a lot of taupok and intestines and no fish cake at all. Yummy. Best if pork belly can be included.

Though pricey, but it is considered pocket friendly for its location at Orchard. I love this place as their dishes are different from those common caipng stores operated by lots of foreigners. The dishes here taste more homely.

This time round, i tried the spicy kailan (looks harmless but got kick) and tofu (withe enoki). Yummmmyyyyy.

Damage: $4.50

Yummilicious and so sinful. Charred and really good. Not too wet. Really worth the queue and $.

This is the only store that sells Wholemeal steamed bread... and the butter filling is so gao. Perfect eggs.

Really best outlet across Singapore. I’m coming back for it again tomorrow!

Worth it! And yummilicious

Just find the miso soup not as nice as the one i had in Japan.

But well, for the price and free flow of rice, i will be back again. πŸ˜‹

It tastes exactly like the ones i always had whenever i visit Japan.

The price is almost the same as in Japan...

But i think the mentaiko cheese ($6.90) is only available here. Yummy πŸ˜‹
